Also, i own my own store. and i still currently work for Dicks Sporting Goods.

See heres the problem. 

The average kid working retail does not understand what it feels like as a store operations or sales manager (or store OWNER) to miss a daily sales goal. to have to work with the same customers over and over and over because your subordinates are not doing their jobs, or to have to give things away out of your own pocket or budget in order to make people happy. They dont understand it because they’re on the bottom and decline any incentive to think like the people at the top because they dont want to seem stuck up or like a kiss ass. but guess what kiddies. taking charge of a situation and throat-fucking it into submission is the only real way to handle your daily life.
